Applicable laws — Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada., regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Alberta courts located in Canada, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy — No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused product, shall be refunded.

Service Termination — At the discretion of the website owner, therefore, and can deem any misuse of account(s) through usage other than intended to be in violation.  Any account(s) found to be in violation of service termination will have account suspended.  1 week will be given to correct the violation(s), by means of email to account holder.  Failure to rectify the violation(s) within the set period of time will result in account deletion with no refund.
